Active GCARM members in good standing will be admitted to the  dinner/lecture free of charge. R.S.V.P. is highly recommended and necessary for admission. Please note that non registered attendees will be admitted on space available basis and places for unreserved and non previously registered attendees may be very limited.
Rules for Membership/Guest Admission Fees:
New members can sign up to activate membership immediately by paying membership fees ($50 for the first year and $25 for successive years. Current members shall have paid for membership renewal fees in time to be admitted. Non member attendees are required to make a voluntary donation of no less than $50 (cash or check only) for admission.

Representatives of the event sponsors are exempted from the admission fees.

Non-Chinese guests attending the GCARM dinner may also choose to become Associate Members and the $50 admission fees can be counted as first year membership fees. Any guests are also welcome to join after paying for the $50 admission fee.

Important: Membership Attestation Forms will be sent to members whose memberships expire in the years of 2013 or beyond. For those whose memberships expire in 2013 or have expired before, please bring cash or check with you to pay for membership renewal onsite. You may also pay for the renewals in advance (see below for details). Please bring payment voucher or other proof with you to show at the door.
